Once your order has been placed, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is ready for shipping, you will be notified by email with your tracking number.

How long will it take to receive my exchange for my exchange items?

REFUNDS FOR SERVICES
There is a no refund policy in place under any circumstances INCLUDING DEPOSITS ONCE SERVICES/ CLASSES ARE BOOKED only rescheduling for services at our discretion. The acceptable payment methods for the remaining balance will be accepted via CASH (please bring EXACT change) or ZELLE ONLY. When booking please make sure you provide us with an accurate phone number and email so our staff may be able to reach you. If you have to change your number please reach out to us via the business page so we can update it.
CLASSES W/ MACHINES
We do not have machines on hand. So you will not be getting your machines the day of your class. At the end of your class. You will be put on our list to have them shipped out or picked up at the spa.

CONTRADICITIONS FOR APPOINTMENTS
If you are on your cycle or will be on your cycle at the time of your appointment. Please reschedule your appointment 3 days after your cycle is complete. If you have a piercing or tattoo that is NOT healed, please reschedule your appointment after it is healed. If you have any kind of metals (screws, plates, etc) please set an appointment with your doctor to ensure you are able to receive a Radio Frequency service.
